Swedish massage focuses primarily on the superficial layers of the muscles. Using a combination of long strokes and kneading, this massage increases circulation and is perfect for stress relief. Ideal for first time massage.

DEEP TISSUE.
This massage focuses on the deeper layers of the muscles without going past the point of resistance. By using stronger pressure to all layers of the muscles, it helps to release chronic patterns of tension and break patterns of pain and muscle spasm. Your therapist will incorporate deep pressure, neuromuscular, myofascial and trigger point therapy as needed to relieve your aching body. Prepare for the “ it hurts good“ feel.

CUSTOMIZABLE.
The perfect combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue. Without giving up the element of relaxation, your therapist will work deeper into the muscle and address any areas of pain or soreness with even deeper pressure where necessary. While working lighter in the areas of less pain still promoting the feeling of relaxation through the full treatment time.

PRENATAL.
Perhaps the best gift a mother-to-be can receive. Prenatal massage focuses on giving the mother-to-be the special attention she needs and helps to nurture the growing new life within. Relieve hip pain, backaches, leg cramps, and swelling that can often accompany pregnancy. Prenatal promotes calm for yourself and baby.

SPECIALTY TREATMENTS
CUPPING.
Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. Helps to relieve muscle tension, improving overall blood flow and promoting cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue. Cupping also encourages tissues to flush toxins built-up in the body. Be prepared, these can leave a mark.

HOT STONE.
Hot stone massage therapy helps melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness, and increase circulation and metabolism. Hot stones, when coupled with massage, also help to expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body improving posture, balance and movement. Hot stone massage is used to relieve the tension of your muscles by the use of heat.

HIMALAYAN SALT SCRUB
Leave your skin looking and feeling softer, smoother and healthier through exfoliation. All natural pink Himalayan salt is blended with natural coconut and essential oils to remove dead cells, revealing the fresh, younger skin below.

SPORTS THERAPY.
Aimed at performance, this massage technique uses compression, deep tissue and stretching that prepares the body for movement and activity. It helps recover after strenuous physical activity such as marathons, heavy lifting, etc. Ideal for people with chronic muscle stress or injury, such as athletes or those who have especially tight muscles due to repetitive work. For maximum pain relief try adding on our CBD ointment to your treatment.
